White Clarke Group has announced the delivery of SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) compliant enhancements to its back-office solution clients in Europe.

The systems have been enhanced to handle both the capture of new bank details and also the management of bank payments under the new SEPA formats.

SEPA is a European project that ensures the ease of euro payment traffic and aims to standardise cashless payments. Furthermore, there are no differences for bank customers between national and cross-border payments within the participating countries.

This enables future credit transfers, direct debits and card payments to be handled faster, easier, and more secure.

SEPA, the new European payment area, is made up of 33 countries; 28 EU countries, as well as Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Monaco.

Maik Skottke, Head of IT EBV- Leasing Gesellschaft m.b.H Co. KG (Erste Bank Group AG) expressed his approval of the implementation and stated: “EBV is very pleased with White Clarke Group and its success on the SEPA project.”

White Clarke Group has an extensive back-office experience with around 77 implementations around the world; clients include FGA Capital, LeasePlan, Volkswagen Financial Services, Raiffeisen Leasing, GE Commercial, PACCAR, and Volvo Car & Truck Finance.
