- Your key remit will be to lead, motivate, develop and improve the Operations and Risk function with accountability for the operational delivery of customer experience and satisfaction.
- As a key member of the Asset Finance management team, you will actively contribute to the strategic development of operating models and deliver on key metrics.
- As an accomplished leader with over 15 years in senior management roles, you will be a strategic thinker with the ability to spot future trends in the market for business opportunities.
- Salary: £100,000 - £135,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Leeds (Hybrid).
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
