Role Summary
One of our well-established clients is looking for an Asset Finance Broker, you will leverage your expertise, your network and sales acumen to provide tailored financial solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Utilising your experience in asset finance sales and your network, either as a broker or with a lender, to understand clients' needs and offer customised solutions.
- Demonstrating proficiency in structuring transactions across various asset types and risk profiles, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
- Cultivating enduring business relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and personalized service delivery.
- Setting ambitious targets and leveraging your motivation to not only meet but exceed them consistently.
- Championing innovative ideas and processes to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Embracing a consultative approach, focusing on solutions rather than transactions, and guiding clients through the asset finance process with expertise and empathy.
- Adopting a proactive, tenacious mindset to identify opportunities, initiate contact, and navigate clients through funding options such as loans, hire purchase, and leasing arrangements.
