As part of a major management restructure at Stellantis UK, Nick Richards (pictured) will take over from James Taylor as B2B Director. Taylor will be confirmed as permanent Managing Director of Vauxhall.

The aim of the restructure, effective from January 2023, is to create an organisation that integrates the multiple retailer contact points, simplifies policies and procedures and improves communication whilst maintaining the integrity of the respective brands.

Premium brands, Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles will be brought together under a new department to be headed by Julie David, currently the managing director of Peugeot UK.

David will be developing the agency model for these brands from 2023 while ensuring that the demands of customers can be met more effectively.

Adam Wood, Vauxhall's marketing director, will be promoted to managing director of Peugeot UK, while Alfa Romeo and Jeep UK head Damien Dally will become managing director for Fiat and Abarth under the new plans.

Jules Tilstone will move from his current role as UK managing director for DS Automobiles to a leadership role at Jeep, with current Fiat managing director Greg Taylor moving into the same role at Citroen UK.

Eurig Druce will become director of network operations for Stellantis UK, with the new department aiming to bring together the sales and vehicle flow functions and implement a new multi-brand regional structure for the five mainstream brands, to reduce complexity, simplify programmes and policies, and increase the standard and consistency of communication with retailer partners.

Customer experience will become a group office function, focusing efforts across all brands to improve the experience of customers, with Stephanie Howson taking on the role of customer experience director.
