Celebrating its 35th anniversary milestone this year, LTi Technology Solutions (LTi) has promoted Jenny Jarose to Vice President Human Resources and Administration. With her extensive background in the industry, Jarose will oversee the comprehensive functions of both the human resources and administration departments at LTi.

Drawing from years of experience spanning various facets of equipment finance, including recruiting, benefits management, payroll administration, HRIS administration, employee relations, talent development, and software development, Jenny brings a wealth of expertise to her new leadership role.
