One of the first nominations for this year’s Rising Star Award is Aysha Ellis-Aziz from NETSOL Technologies, who has been praised for being a “fantastic colleague, employee and a huge asset to the marketing department at NETSOL Europe”.
As Global Marketing Manager, Aysha has demonstrated her willingness, commitment, drive and enthusiasm in helping to bring success for NETSOL Europe. She has developed valuable, strong long-lasting relationships with key clients, industry leaders and partners in the industry, further strengthening the brand and becoming an ambassador for the business.
Representing the company on all levels, Aysha is dependable and efficient and continues to make a noticeable difference within her department, always bringing a positive high energy and a personal touch to everything she works on.
Aysha has stepped up in her marketing role over the years and demonstrated a great level of leadership and strategy in that role, working locally with teams in Europe, as well as NETSOL’s global teams. Aysha has team members who are committed and work well together across various geographies. She is renowned for building effective and strong working relationships with others, by working flexibly and creatively to deliver excellence in her area.
Named in the inaugural 30 Under 30 Index, Aysha's commitment and talent were recognised by asset finance and leasing industry leaders in November 2021.
In addition to her day-to-day role at NETSOL Technologies, Aysha is actively working on the board of the AFPA Trust, helping to raise funds for numerous charities and causes. She is also always eager to help support other foundations within the industry and has begun doing so this year with the Leasing Foundation.
Aysha has demonstrated her willingness to get involved with extra-curricular projects and activities for the industry, especially by using her ‘free time’ to do so. She is passionate about the work she does and how she can contribute to the industry.
